Credits are usage units that power your video production. Each new video run costs 250 credits, and each revision loop costs 50 credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle. Credits are not cash and are not transferable.

Yes. The $15 Single Video option includes 350 credits and 25 GB of temporary storage for 30 days. It does not renew automatically, and you can buy it again whenever you need another video or extra credits.

Monthly plan credits reset with the billing cycle. Single Video credits expire 30 days after purchase. We always use the credits that expire soonest first.

Projects are retained while a paid subscription is active. Otherwise, project files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days without an edit, upload, settings change, or processing run. Viewing and downloading do not restart the window. We email you at least seven days before deletion.

You won't be able to start new video runs or revision loops. You can buy the Single Video option for 350 additional credits or upgrade your monthly plan.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Monthly credits do not roll over and reset with the billing period. Single Video credits remain available for their separate 30-day service window.

Billing is handled by Polar, our trusted Merchant of Record. They handle invoices, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment method management. You can manage everything in the customer portal.

Polar calculates and collects taxes based on your billing country and business details at checkout. Applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is shown during checkout and on invoices.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like from the customer portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
